The Heart Chakra Age

In 2012, we entered one of the most significant energetic times for Humanity, Mother Earth, and all Life force she supports. During that time we began flowing with and beginnng to settle into the Heart Chakra time for Humanity, and the Heart Chakra time for the Earth.

The energetic flow into the Heart Chakra of both Humanity and the Earth brings forward an opportunity for us to connect with our healing journey. This brings a more conscious way of living.

In recent times, Humanity has begun relating to Mother Earth, each other, and all other forms of Life-force that Mother Earth supports with more respect and consciousness.

Yin and Yang

I have come to understand that humanity will continue and magnify this growing respect and the energy of gratitude will grow. This represents an alignment with the flow of healing “Yin” energy.

Whenever there is movement towards love, respect, and gratitude, there will also be movements of a contrary nature flowing as well. This is the flow of “Yang” energy.

The contrary flow is of “Yin” is highly likely, actually highly probable. Tthere is always a resistance to change. All forms of Life-force that Mother Earth supports, including Humans, place a strong emphasis on survival. There is always Fear, of some sort, associated with change.

Our drive for survival motivates us to resist change and maintain focus on doing what we have always done.

“If I always do what I’ve always done,
I’ll always get what I’ve always got!

We are driven by an unconscious belief that says – If I do something different – I may not survive. If I keep things the same, well, then I will survive … I’ve survived up until now – haven’t I?

As more of us, who focus on the benefits of “living” life upon Mother Earth with balanced Heart energy, the more we will support Humanity living upon the Earth with a balance between “Yin” and “Yang”.

“Better to light a candle than curse the darkness.”

There are many opportunities to look at what isn’t happening with love and fairness in our world – there are also many opportuniites to pay attention to the wonder and delightful experiences that do surround us.

It is so very important that we have awareness of our surroundings. It is also very important that we connect consciously with or own fight and flight responses to the world around us.

We can sit back and be critical of things that enrage us or we can look at ways to be pro-active. We have the opportunity to make conscious decisions that will influence our lives and the lives of those we love and care for, in optimistic and affirming ways.

The Heart Chakra Age is our opportunity to heal our limiting fear based beliefs and to step forward with love, consciousness, and clarity as our guide.

This wonderful time enhances our opportunity to bring balance and harmony within ourselves – healing our personal ‘Yin” and “Yang” energies. AHHH – maybe even, having more fun, delight and joy in our lives!!!

As we embrace this time of transformation, I would like to encourage you to embrace this heightened opportunity for healing – and maybe even take the pledge that I did for myself many years ago –

“I will do what ever is necessary for me to heal!”

This pledge that I made to myself.  It has opened up so many wonderful opportunities for me. I now have a loving and nurturing relationship with myself, and those around me. I see the world through very clear eyes and approach my challenges with a more harmonious heart and mind.

Sometimes I feel like I need to pinch myself to believe this is the same me! It is so great to live with the me, that has been waiting for me!
